Over the last forty years, I have helped thousands of people, covering a broad spectrum of civil issues.  The National Board of Trial Advocacy has certified me in both Civil Trial Law and Civil Pretrial Law.  There are only a handful of Attorney’s Board Certified in both Civil Trial Law and Civil Pretrial Law.

Civil Pretrial Law Indicates I am specialized in negotiating, mediating and preparing matters to reach a favorable resolution for my Clients.  Very few lawyers have such a certification.

Certification in Civil Trial Law means that if a matter cannot be resolved, I try the case to jury and receive favorable results for my Clients.  In order to obtain certification in Civil Trial Law one must try a number of cases to jury before being eligible to even apply for certification.  A small number of Attorneys have Civil Trial Law Board Certification and Civil Pretrial Board Certification.
